I have a 2020 cube reaction hybrid pro that has scram eagle sx 12 speed gears with an 11/50 cassette. The gears skip and reading about scram sx it sounds like its crap. The bike is in Spain, I’m not and Covid means I have ridden it four times. Each ride starts with a 25% hill so changing gear under load is inevitable. I would have to ride it to the bike shop where I bought it and while they are very helpful their English is about as good as my Spanish.
So, I think I’ll ask them to upgrade at least the derailleur. What do you recommend?
