Have you tried rebalancing the battery? Meaning, put the battery on the charger and let it charge for 12 hours. This will balance out all the cells and ensure each cell is charged to 100%. It's a good practice to do this every few months during your riding season. I find once fully charged after rebalancing it makes a big difference in the batteries overall output.
