Type A Display question

I have a 2018 Haibike with a PW-X motor and Type X Display.

I would like to switch to a Type A Display but it is only available in Europe.
Does anyone know if it will work? It does say it will work on the website (Link Removed - No Longer Exists)
I did order one and I'll post my results.

Not sure why you want to downgrade to the Display type A... type X has greater functionality.

An upgrade kit is available to enable the Display A to be fitted to all PW-X 2017/2018 PW series SE 2018 models.

The only thing I use on my display for is to know what mode I'm in. I hate that there are 5 modes and 3 colors. The words are to small and the trail is to rough to read when I'm riding. I'll be able to see how many bars are on the the new display.

That's the global site. If you go to the American site they don't show the type A display. I'll post when I get it.

Yes. The whole kit with the Display was $110.
