Turbo Vado 3.0 2018

Hi, I bought a 2nd hand Woman's Turbo Vado 3.0 2018 in May and I'm loving it. Just got a few questions if anyone can help?
1. Should I charge the battery in situ on the bike or is it okay to keep removing it to charge as this is what I've been doing?
2. The LCD display keeps freezing but the different modes still working. I have to turn the battery off and back on then all is fine again, this happens on every ride at least once. But today the battery wouldn't turn back on and I had to pedal under my own steam! The battery still had 2 LEDs so still had 20-39% battery life left?
Any advice would be much appreciated,

Janet, I can only answer your first question and that is that it is OK to remove the battery to charge it. I suppose over a long period of time you will experience some wear frequently taking the battery in and out, but the battery was designed to be charged either on or off the bike so it should be fine.

As for the LCD, I recommend you search here for previous posts on similar problems as I bet others have run in to the same thing. Your bike should not be doing that, so something is obviously wrong, but I don't have any advice for you on how to fix it. It is probably best to take it to a bike shop to find out for sure what is causing the problem before you spend any significant money on trying to fix it. If you have the original BLOKS display, and it turns out that is the cause of the problem, the fix might be replacing it with the newer TCD display. This would cost you about 100 pounds, but that is only a possible solution and I don't recommend you do that unless you are certain that is where the problem is.
