Hi - my retailer fitted the Abus 4750XL Pro Amparo NR. This size fits a wider wheel and it can also be used with a lock adaptor chain which is sold separately. It may be possible to fit the slightly small L size ( I have seen someone here mention it). The key is removable (I believe some have a non-removable key when unlocked)

Late to the party but wondering if you ever got an ABUS lock for your Como.
I installed a 4750 XL on my wife's 2022 Como. I also bought an ABUS 5850/5650/4960 Cable 12/100, Black, 100 cm. I bought both on Amazon. The package arrived and one of the keys was bent. ABUS mailed me a set of replacement keys directly.
When installing it, the frame bosses severely cracked the plastic case on the back the Abus lock. I repaired it with epoxy and reinstalled it but used small fender washers to distribute the pressure so it would not crack again.
I was able to mount the lock using the highest screw slots.

it states :

FRAME LOCKS (mounted to seat stays)

Requirements:

• Lock must be wide enough to clear fender/tire; fender width: 65 mm
• Lock mount tabs need to be compatible with frame tab spacing
• Seat stay tab distance for frame locks (center-center)
  • Vado: 90 mm - recommendation: Abus Shield 5750 Plus
  • Como: 100 mm - recommendation: Abus Pro Amparo 4750XL
• Tip for many Abus locks: combine them with the matching adaptor chain that connects to the frame lock; allows securing the bike to a pole, fence etc.

I had no problem fitting the Pro Amparo 4750XL
If the case cracked I think you tightened the screws too strongly, it's not really necessary to overtighten it, it doesn't improve security

I ended up installing the ABUS 4750X Pro Amparo. It was recommended by 365 Cycles. It is a slightly smaller package than the XL. I also bought the adaptor chain.

The non xl still fits ? ´Cause the screws are already on the far edge on the xl when mounting it.

It looks like only the inner section is different on the XL (to allow more wheel clearance)

I think, maybe, you are suppose to attach the abus directly to the frame mounts and then snap the plastic casings on over the install?
