Guys, how long does it take typically to get a tracking number after date of order please? Thanks....

My dealer provided me with the "build number" about two weeks after my order. I had to call them to get it.

Same here. It got updated to a sooner delivery date a week later, but sadly not any sooner update on delivery.

It is an 8 alphanumeric number RM gives the LBS on the order of the bike. At least my two are. Good luck.

Thanks. Is that number useful to me? Can I go online and see the status of the build?

Mine just tells me the week its scheduled for, e.g., July 20-24. There's a spot to paste the number on the R-M front page.

Yes. On the RM homepage scroll down and you’ll find a place to put the number. You’ll either get an expected shipping date range or a manufactured date range. Mine went back and forth for a bit but in last week it only gives me a date range of July 13-17. Which means to me it may be coming slow boat though I know there are two daily freight flights from Frankfurt. My hopes are high! Good luck.
