My machine? A 2020 Haibike Full Fat Six 10.0.
My playground, Dartmoor the place of legend, endless peat plains, deep wooded valleys and rocky foothills of dramatic granite outcrops called torrs.
the goal is to explore this place once again, 1 weekend at a time, being able to carry all I need On bike.
if you have any advice for me please point me the right way. I will help out where I can, cheers for now.

Welcome! That particular Haibike is really a dream bike to me - one which I look at over and over again, but just can't justify the 'need' for it where I live (and with the e-bikes we already have). I certainly do hate that word 'need', and do my best to ignore it in purchase decisions whenever possible though!

You really have a beautiful and capable bike. I have an AllMtn 2.0 and both my wife and I have Trekking 7.0's, and one really has to appreciate the high level design, engineering and fabrication which Haibike brings to the market. It looks like you live in a beautiful place to ride your new fat bike, and have a great plan for exploring. Please take more pictures and share them with us!

Hey up, thanks for your reply. It is a beautiful bike, I didn’t know what I was looking for when I decided to start looking at e bikes, I had tried a Richbit 1000w Fat bike, hubdrive, Pedallec and throttled Chinese made bike on holiday in Estonia A couple of years back so that’s where I started this time around.
After much digging around I soon gained the knowledge that the Chinese stuff was cheap but problematic in the future due to tracking down parts and general reliability.
Mid drive seemed to be the way to go. That’s when I came across the Haibike Fat Six, a lovely looking bike, I thought I could just stretch to the price of that, the Full Fat Six being way out of my price range.
I tried my local bike shop for some advice as I knew he’s an eBike specialist. Turns out he’s a Haibike dealer and offered to rent one out for the weekend for the price of a day.
I tied out a hard seven 8.0, with the new Bosch motor. It was a lovely bit of kit but I soon realised I needed a full suspension for comfort on long Dartmoor rides. It also had 2.8 inch tires and I though maybe that is enough.
i started looking at the 2020 allmnt 2.0 The same colour scheme as the 2020 FF6. I just couldn’t shake the fat bike bug.
I then looked at the Full Fat Six and started to drool. Perhaps f*ck it, do I need it no, do I want it yes!! It’s the single most expensive item I’ve ever purchased.
now I love it! I will certainly be posting some pics of the places I get too on it, the adventure starts!

Ah, OK! It is mostly a North American forum. However, there are several well-known members from other parts of the world: Australia, New Zealand, UK, Germany, Sweden, Poland, to name just a few :)
