I've found eco, PAS 4 to be a good combo for speed and range, but that's with the 500W motor. I've used eco, one way or another, since pretty much day 2 of having the bike but recently I put the back into normal mode so I'm trying to get an idea of how much that is going to eat into the range. Honestly, the only benefit I see so far is in the normal setting seems like the assist kicks in a little quicker, and it does better on hills. I actually like the less aggressive take-off of eco but wish it could be a little more aggressive on the steepest hills sometimes.
