Hello,
I have a Haibike based on Yamaha PW series ebike system. Now, in the winter, the range is really becoming an issue. Lithium battery is not ideal when it's cold and there's tons of rolling resistance when cycling in 10-15 centimeters (4-6") worth of packed and wet snow so the battery gets depleted fast just to be able to get forward at all.
Are there any good third party chargers that would be lighter in weight so I could carry one with me almost daily? I understand the charge rate would have to be lower to get the weight down, but this might be a compromise worth it. I could then recharge the battery when at gym/friend/whatever.
