The perfect ebike for me

Based on numerous reviews I've read and/or seen videos on this site and YouTube, I wonder if all the features that you like/recommend, can be found on any one bike. I'm 65 and weigh 185, 5'9" tall.
Here's what I'm looking for: class 2 folding fat tire. Tire protection with side tire reflectors. Easy to read display. Battery that is easy to remove. Battery that doesn't require the key to stay in the battery while in motion. Kick stand that is clear of the pedals. Fenders and rear rack. Intergrated headlight and tail lights that run off the battery. A USB port. 750 watt battery. A motor that is good on uphills. Headlight that lights the road. Light weight (45 pounds or so). Throttle that starts from a dead stop (no pedalling required). Metal bracket to protect gears. Hydraulic disc brakes. Step-thru frame. I think that's it. Budget 1500 to 2000. Thanks so much.

My class 3 Haibike XDURO Full Seven is a perfect match for what I wanted in a mtb. I did add a rear rack after I started doing some urban riding, but otherwise, bone stock. Your list is going to be a challenge. That 45 pounds on a fat tire folder is going to be nearly impossible. But since you don't list a range, a tiny battery will help with the weight.

Thanks for the info. Yes, i figured the weight would be a challenge. I was just curious if there was anything in that weight category that would fit the bill. Range would be a minimum of 25.

Sounds mostly like the Rad mini step through except for the weight and you'd have to add a rack and it doesn't have hydraulic brakes.

Look at the Wallke. Not a step through or that light, but it fits most of your other requirements.

Don't get hung up on the USB port. I have a solution that will work on most or all bikes to add the port and a proper phone holder too.

Ok first the phone holder innovation is the same holder but with a USB jack on it, you might be thinking yeah nice try but, my bike voltage is too high. Problem solved, this holder supports 12-85V internally to give you 5v 2.4amps to charge your phone or devices properly.
