Thank you to you all for your input and your amazing knowledge and helping me to decide on a bike to buy. low and behold I made a decision I am getting the E-CELLS Super monarch Crown 1500 camo.2wd. You should look them up and look at what this bike comes with it's pretty cool. I will have it in the beginning of May once I receive it and put it through the drills I will be posting my review as well. As far as customer service I can tell you right now hands down I've called six different companies only one other company comes close and that's hard-core E bikes these people at e cells are a family and you can tell they genuinely care I called and spoke to the CEO and ask him to explain to me the difference between hub drive mid drive and the difference between the E bikes on the market and he was straight up honest with me not trying to sell his bike he explained it to me like none of the other companies I called and asked the same questions to all the other companies they were bias in their bikes not this company I can honestly tell you I can be a pain in the you know what being a marine and Italian, on top of it I am as thorough as they get they have a huge inventory of parts as well anyway thank you again for all of you that reached out to me with your advice and explanation on the differences between these bikes happy riding god bless and stay safe.
