SyncDrive Pro moving part on the left side

Hi!

I have noticed that my pro motor has a moving part on the left side. You can press the part and it has some type of spring that will move the part out again. Can you please confirm all pro motors do the same? What is the purpose of it?

If it's similar to the Toughroad GX E+, it's just a decorative plastic cowling for styling and helping keep out the muck.

Thanks for you answer, but is it loose like mine? From what I have seen the GX E+ has the sport version, which does not have this plastic

The GX E+ does have trim plastic on both sides as well as the bottom. The side pieces fit snug to the motor housing but the motor housings are different between the Sport and Pro versions so the plastic trim is different as well.
