Suggestions welcome for first ebike

I think I've narrowed what I'm looking for in a bike... I'm looking for suggestions that fit the following.

Specs in order of importance:
- Torque sensing assistance (responds smoothly like a bike but quicker)
- Front fork (potentially full suspension). If full would be more comfortable.
- Preferred integrated battery - so blends in like a normal bike and draws less attention.
- Preferred integrated bright headlight and taillight (auto shut off).
- A rack that will carry bags
- Looks somewhat like a mountain bike.
- Good quality - does not need to be high-end just don't want a cheap bike that will break down.
- Will push a 200 lbs passenger
- Good warranty for 2-5 years.
- Good quality battery
- 60% Crush stone trail 40% road
- priced under 4K... preferably 1-2.5K
- 500W engine max (legal limit where I live) and 32km/hr max.
- Throttle that helps on demand without changing settings like making pedal assist 0 before throttle works.

Thanks for the help. I've been researching each bike learning what I'm looking for... now to narrow the list! :)

Your country matters. Most 500 watt limited bikes are European spec, which means they don't have a throttle. If throttle is important to you, perhaps you should look at electric motor scooters, which have one, and require a license plate, helmet, driver's license, and liability insurance. They are also banned from most trails. However there is a movement started now to ban electric bicycles from trails, also.
Premium models that have torque sensing: I've been impressed by the reviews of the gazelle brand, which at your price point comes in the medeo: electricbikereview.com/gazelle/medeo-t9/
1.75" tires should be fat enough to handle gravel. I don't like the hydraulic rim brakes of that model, perhaps another price point from the same vendor could offer upgrade to disk brakes. I ride in the rain a lot and find rim brakes an absolute safety hazard after running through a puddle. I'm happy enough with mechanical (cable pull) disk brakes, however. The medeo has integrated front & rear lights.
