So got my broken spoke replaced at Sun Cycling in Coconut Grove. The guy who works there told me that bike wheels always leave the factory out of true and should be trued before riding the bike. He said that many times he has seen people with the same problem as me after buying a bike on the internet. He said it is a general issue with all makes of bike.
I think my CC Air was happy as he got see one of his cousins. They have a 2016 Crosscurrent, medium fame for sale. Its on sale for $1000.
