Stromer ST2 will not power on

Currently my ST2 is completely dead. I pulled the battery out, waited 1 hr, put the batter back in, nothing, will not power at all. The battery is 100% charged since I was charging it out of the bike.

Has anyone seen this? I've tried removing the batt numerous times to see if that helps, nothing, will not power at all. I even spun the wheel to turn the motor and still nothing.

I've experience this issue before, removal of the battery seems to help but if that doesn't contact customer support.

If you approach this logically, from what I read the bike was working BEFORE you pulled the battery out, yes?

If so, then your diagnostics would start there - what changed since you pulled the battery out? Sometimes it's something very simple, are you are installing it incorrectly? Make SURE you have it correctly put back in according to the instructions - actually stop and look, don't assume you do. If that doesn't fix it, then you look at the battery compartment latches and terminals, or even the wiring to them. What changed since it stopped working? Trace all the handling and operations performed and check everything.

Ideally you would have a second battery to borrow to swap in there - to eliminate the battery itself as the problem. If you can't do that or can't borrow one, load test the battery itself.
