You would need heat/ac or a dehumidifier for bone dry. Best to put it in the house where you live. I've owned Harley-Davidsons my whole adult life and it's always a fight to stay ahead of corrosion. I use a dehumidifier in the garage that drains to the outside. Any concrete, brick, block will transmit moisture to the space.
