Start up Page

I haven't been able to get to the EBR start up page for several weeks now. When I try to get to the www.electricbikereview.com address the bar scrolls about half way and stops. I don't know of any other site out of hundreds I visit that this happens. I have tried to use the CONTACT form to drop a note to EBR but it doesn't work either. I can get to EBR's FORUMS page but not to the page where Court lists bikes that he's reviewing or has reviewed recently.

If anyone has any suggestion on this I would appreciate it.

I just tried your link and it worked without issue. Maybe a setting in your browser is blocking it, though I wouldn't know where it might be.

Works fine for me. Reboot your computer? Clear your cache? Try a different browser? These are just some ideas ... I often find that website issues relate to something on my end. I'll make sure our head mod (@Angela M. ) sees this, as she can notify EBR webmasters to look into it.

I have exactly the same problem since weeks with one of my iPads. It’s a 5 year old iPad Mini but it runs the same iOS (12.2) as my newer iPad.
If I use a link like e. g. this https://electricbikereview.com/foru...s-of-where-you-ride-your-ebikes.23950/page-66 I make it into Ebr website and can then go where I want within the site.
Seems to be the same with Safari and Chrome on that iPad. No problem with any other unit.

Thanks to all. To PaD...I have found that I can get to all pages except the first page which presents the bikes that Court is actively reviewing or completed recently. I am using a 13" MacBookPro with Mojave 10.14.4.

Thank you.

Now I remember that I’ve had problems to get to the bike reviews even if I can get to main page.

I have this exact issue as well. If I try and access the main review page, it’s extremely slow to load on Mojave and on my iPad. It will eventually load, but is very slow and takes forever to complete. The forum pages load fine and quickly.

It does that on my iPad. I have to retype without the www.

Exactly the same problem for me.

I've just confirmed that this is the case with iPhone, iPad and MacBook Pro. Changing from Wi-Fi to mobile phone network makes no difference.

I have been able to get through to the home page on a very few occasions, for example yesterday when I saw that there was a review of a R&M Supercharger GX HS that I wanted to read.

If the EBR home page displays at all, it does so after a long wait (10–15 minutes). The review I was interested in displayed after another 15–20 minutes but clicking on the video start arrow revealed a the message: 'Video unavailable. Video has been removed by the user.'

The EBR Home page and reviews are now displaying correctly (and promptly).

Why would anybody want to read a lengthy review with nice high-res pictures and videos on a smartphone, is beyond me. I must be getting old :)

You’ve got a point there:)
I don’t do that on a regular basis but I was waitng at a café during a bus change and gave it a try. I do however want to be able to do it on my iPad.
