I saw this today. As disturbing as it is perplexing. I thought maybe someone here with first hand experience might have a suggestion for this guy:

That bar looks fine. The guy just needs to go riding. You brain will adjust for any analness issues.

I think it could be something with wearing different kind of shoes on his left and right foot.

Hard to say from the photo ( I know how difficult it is to get a 100% straight shot to show this) but if there is a misalignment it can be very irritating.
I had that on my last motorcycle ( got it fixed) and on my recent Vado I first thought the handlebar wasn’t 90° to fork and wheel but I found that the handlebar wasn’t exactly centered. Having fixed that everything feels ok.
