ST1 rain-commuter hacks

Made a couple of changes to my ST1 limited edition for commuting here in rainy Seattle.

Added mud flaps but found that the velocity of the water caused it to become atomized spray when it hit the mudflap. Added a vertical series of string (chalk line) to catch and wick the water down. Much less spray and the chain lube isn't flushed out so quickly.

Added hand guards made of coroplast. They are attached with some old inner tubes. Had been struggling to find a waterproof glove solution that wasn't too warm and bulky, while actually keeping my hands dry. Now I can use thinner gloves and stay completely dry. Looks a bit dorky, but works better than waterproof gloves. And free!
