Squeaking Brakes ST1

I purchased a reconditioned stromer from a reputable electric bike shop in November 2016.
I have taken my bike back six times due to squealing brakes- each time so loud - that bike is not rideable.
6th visit I was told that rotors were removed - brake pads cleaned- brake pads consistently have a build up of grease? On 4th visit I was told brake pads had been replaced.
I ride on paved roads- not city streets-temperate weather- I am sure I am not riding through "grease slicks."
My husband has a stromer as well - new- and has no problems as I do.
Any thoughts?
Thank you

This is a blind comment:

1. Sounds like you may have a warped rotor. Rotors can be trued but if that is required we usually recommend a replacement.'
2. You may have a hydraulic leak that that is contaminating the pads. This is not uncommon. It requires close inspection and not always obvious.
3. We have had a few Magura calipers with pistons that do not release in synch. This too can cause squeaking.

Thank you
I will offer those suggestions to bike shop as my bike is currently there
Have a good evening
