I have a one month old Specialized Creo SL and it makes a chirping sound every once in a while. It does it more when using more motor power, but even not using the motor at all, it chirps.
Also, is there a remote control for these bikes?

Does it happen with every wheel turn? How often? Can you approximate where it might be coming from. But not continuous is odd.
Yes, there are remotes for the Creo. Well, they are WIRED remotes. Don't have the part number but here's a picture
Mine are fitted under the tape near the stem. Others fit them near the hoods. There's a thread with a few pictures of locations. I had the bike shop install them while other did-it-yourself.
I’ve had a brake rotor make this sound sporadically when not using the brakes.
Sometimes the sound will change as you go around corners again while not using the brake.
I had the exact issue and stopped it immediately by cleaning the section of the top tube that is just under the cover that moves when the handlebar turns, behind the future shock area.
