The app has never worked well for me. Starting with the previous app, then moving to the new one when they released it, I would almost always have to start and restart the bike and app several times to get it to connect. Things actually got a little bit better over the last few weeks, but for some reason the last few days the app will not connect at all. I've tried restarting the bike, restarting the app, restarting my phone, turning Bluetooth on and off on my phone etc. it's really frustrating because I have $20 dongles that I bought on Amazon that connect instantly, but yet the specialized app struggles to connect and now won't even connect at all. I'm not sure if it's the bike or the app, I sort of suspect it's the bike....
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can connect? Again, at this point, I literally cannot connect the app at all. I guess I'll have to try uninstalling it completely and reinstalling it to see if that works? Frustrating for such an expensive bike.
