Smallest battery possible

Hello everyone! I am new here.
I have been reading this forum and love it.
I care a lot about the look of my bike. I don't like the appearance of clucky batteries.
Any recommendations for a compact battery that will work on a 750W bafang mid mount?
This is for leisurely riding with lots of pedaling. Probably not more than 10-15 miles.
Thank you!

I assume you are talking about a conversion and aren't looking for a battery to fit the mount on a production bike. If you have a Bafang BBS02 48/52V motor and are a DIY'er, you can use a 60V power tool battery.

I use this one from DeWalt:

The rating is 9 AH when used at 20V but yields 3 AH at 60V. It gives me a 10 to 12 mile range in PAS 2 but I've stretched it out to 18 miles using ECO mode.

There are adapters available for many different tool batteries with leads you can solder to various connectors. I used Anderson Power Pole's to match the one on the bike. Many Bafang motors use Anderson's as well.

I use a small canvas bag to hold the battery & wiring harness and carry it in a rear rack bag or pannier.

Wow, that is pretty genius. I did not know you could use a power tool battery for a ebike. But it makes sense. It is so small I could bring a back up. Thanks for the info.

"Look of the bike" and small.....check out the water bottle style batteries and builds that PedalUma does by searching out his posts.
