Slower cadance with pedal assist

Howdy,

I have a Vado 2.0 and was cruising along at 19mph and noticed my cadance dropping without my doing anything differently. It felt like I was being held back instead of being assisted. Felt like the more pedal assist, the more drag. Anyone experience this?

I assume the Vado 2.0 is a Class 1 or Class 2 bike with a top assist speed of 20 MPH? If that is the case, you are probably feeling the assist from the motor cut out as you approach 20 MPH. The assist on my Class 1 bike (Gazelle Arroyo) cuts out at about 18 MPH as shown on the display.
