Most would change the controller and display. Ideally, you’d want to buy them as a kit to ensure that they will be compatible with one another. That bike uses JST connections, so be sure to get a controller that has those. Be prepared to splice some wires since there are no plug and play kits. Also expect to pay 200-300 USD because tariffs.
