Ride1Up Return Experience

Ride1Up has a nice 30 day return policy. I'm curious if anyone has actually returned their bike and if so how was the experience? Where did you have to ship it and how much did it cost?

I returned a 500. R1U was very accomodating and promptly refunded my full purchase price. I paid return FedEx shipping to Las Vegas of about $75. With this and other contact I have had with R1U providing outstanding customer service, I preordered a new LMT'D bike from them. I expect R1U will again provide outstanding customer service throughout warranty and beyond.
