Replacing front skewer size for 700 series.

What size skewer should I be looking for to replace the quick release skewer? I’m not really sure how to measure it. I’m looking to have my wheel a bit more secure. I’ve seen bikes at bus stops and bike racks missing the front wheel and I don’t want my bike to be one of them. Thanks.

This is what I bought for my wife's 700 and it fit just fine, if I recall correctly.
