Replacement battery

hi all,

A few years back a bought an electric bike second hand and I think the battery may now have gone but cannot find the type or make online. Any help of what I am looking for and where I could get a replacement would be much appreciated.

Thanks Jak, i've managed to buy a replacement but that isnt the problem as the bike still isnt working. Back to square one and a few quid lighter.
