Replacement battery

I was wondering if there was a way to get a spare battery for my IGO m29r other then having it shipped from IGO in Canada? Something more local in the us. I’ve noticed when doing ebike research that a lot of other brand bikes look like they have the same battery as my bike. Would any of these batteries be compatible to my bike. I don’t feel like waiting 3 weeks for a battery.

That’s where I bought my bike. It’s taking over three weeks to get a battery from IGO. I’m looking for an alternative.

I have a question about the iGo ero bike. The lights came on and there was no way to turn them off except removing the battery. Has anyone else had that problem and what can you do for it?
