Relocating Headlight Como 3.0

Hello, I bought the Specialized pizza rack and installed it. I am trying to determine how to relocate the headlight under the front of the rack (there is enough cable length) using the bolt hole (looks like an M5) but I have no idea if a bracket exists. The bracket currently attacked is way too tall/long.

Or if I am SOL... is there something that I could use to mount it to the handlebars?

Thanks!

FWIW, your light appears the same as mine on my Allant+7 and the bracket might work for you. Not sure what the Trek part number is.

BTW, I easily moved my light to the handlebar area of my Allant+7 using that same bracket and has held up very well over the last year. Not very attractive but totally effective and it took a grand total of 10 minutes.

Underneath the rack is common on randonneuring bikes. It looks like there is a M6 attachment on the front center of the rack. If you have a bag or gear on the rack the light on the handlebars will cast a pretty good shadow.

One example is a B&M bracket.

Alternatively if have tools (drill, small hacksaw, file), you can make one from 1/2 inch aluminum angle extrusion that is usually available in hardware stores.

Another mounting example:

Thanks for all the ideas. I ordered the Herrmans handlebar mount... after pulling out a micrometer and measuring my light and looking at the specs on Herrmans... it should work. Thanks again everyone. I picked up a seafood pizza this afternoon (perfect first use)... the light definitely needs to be moved. I think the handlebars will be the best location I'd rather not have water directly sprayed on the light with it being under the front of the rack. I ride in the rain fairly often.

I want some of that pizza? Lakewood, where?

Lakewood Ohio. It's a very bicycle-friendly city first-ring suburb of Cleveland proper. I have dedicated bike lanes and/or separate paths that I can rind all over the city as well as into DT Cleveland and south to Akron (even 70 more miles south past Akron).
