Anyone have any recent experience with this company? It seems like they were terrible to work with in the past. Their site says stuff that seems to address previous issues... 5 weeks to return (they pay shipping), and a good warranty but I'd be concerned they'd just ghost me if I tried to claim anything based on what I've read about them in some old posts here.
