Rear clicking in back wheel. any ideas?

I agree that one or more loose spokes is a likely cause. A spoke tension meter is the best way to trouble shoot this. The Park Tool web page at https://www.parktool.com/blog/repair-help/wheel-tension-measurement has a good discussion on tension balancing and a table of tension values for popular rims. BTW - the tire and tube need to be removed to measure spoke tension accurately.

Lacking a tension gauge you can usually find the culprit(s) by plucking the spokes like strings on a guitar. Correctly tightened spikes will 'ring' at an identifiable pitch. Loose spokes will sound dead or dull by comparison. There's a discussion of this technique here, https://www.sheldonbrown.com/spoke-pitch.html .

Tighten loose spokes just 1/4 turn to start. Nearby spokes that are laced to the opposite side of the hub should also be tightened 1/8-1/4 turn each to keep the wheel true. Repeat as needed, but don't overtighten the spokes. This can cause rim damage.

Good luck.

Choosing a spoke wrench is mostly just a matter of knowing what size you need. There are some multi-size wrenches that let you pick what you need and there are single-size wrenches. Look on Amazon for examples or take your bike in to a shop and get them to match you up with the right wrench.
