Raleigh Redux IE questions

Hi,

I've watched a few YouTube reviews of this bike and am considering buying it, but just have a couple questions I'm hoping members who own it or have tested it can help with.

Do the breaks have a motor inhibitor?

I heard one YouTube reviewer mention that it is pre-wired for front light system. What does this mean? Is there a port other than the USB port at the front of the bike to connect a light to?

Does the USB port provide enough power for a decent light? What light is recommended? Also can a back light be wired to the main bike battery?

Any answers or suggestions will be much appreciated.

I've had good luck calling and talking people at the manufacturer or emailing. Both Magnum Bikes and Surface 604 have been very helpful.
