Radster Road DOA @ 950 miles...or so it seemed..until if figured out the headlight cable connection was apart. Seems as though repeated turning of the handlebars all the way right or left had disconnected headlight cable connector from the wiring harness. There is a rats next of wiring that enters into the frame behind the front form. I reworked the area of the wiring. I then decided to put a piece of electrical tape around every on of the wiring harness connectors. I also zip tied the wiring loom to the bottom of my head tube bottle cage. I have aftermarket bracket attached to the head tub that allows for two water bottles. The two modifications will prevent the headlight cable connection from being disconnected by tension caused by turning the handlebars.
