RAD's CEO quit. If they go out of business will we be able to get parts such as the proprietary batteries?

Rad Power Bikes seems to have left the European Union some time ago.
There is an immense competition there, and Europeans tend to understand good things need to cost more.

It might mean nothing, or it might mean that the CEO saw some "handwriting on the wall" and jumped out while he could still look good enough be be hired elsewhere.
