Are you referring to these? If so, one issue is that to install them, you need to slide all the existing components (grips, brake levers, shift levers, throttle) inward enough to expose some handlebar for the bar ends to clamp onto. Looking at a photo of the Rad Rover, it looks like it might be a tight fit.
If you want more places to vary your grip, another solution would be to replace the handlebars altogether with a trekking handlebar.

Sorry, wasn't specific enough. I'm looking to mount more accessories like a headlight and want to create more space in front of my handlebar, so a handlebar extension mount. But the RR handlebars aren't the typical round 31.8cm so I'm looking for options. What I've seen so far is pretty cheaply made overseas.

I have a 2016 Radrover and added the BM Works Speed Extender, Amazon, $23: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00M13QMVA/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Works perfectly for the last +2 years, made of plastic, has two extenders you can place on the ends if you need to add more accessories, doesn't move at all during trail riding, and I can still adjust up/down by hand if I need to (usually when I need to flip the rover upside-down to fix a flat). It fit perfectly between the mounting point under my LCD screen.
I ordered the same extender for my wife's RadCity Step-Thru and the BM Works didn't fit in-between the LCD mounting points. I don't know if the 2018 Radrover uses the same LCD as the RadCity? Made from aluminum, mounting arm adjusts/slides to fit inside or outside of LCD screen, comes with two different length horizontal bars, and looks soooo much nicer compared to the BM Works at a cheaper price (Currently unavailable at Amazon). I haven't checked to see if the Odier is available from other websites or if there is an updated version available.
I would switched to the Odier version for my Radrover if it was available. You might have to look for brands similar in design as the Odier to try out like:

What if you found different handlebars that have dual cross bars, like old-school-bmx, but newer, like the Surly LowSide bars. Or Jones bars.
