Rad City 4

Does anyone know if the pedal assist on a Rad City 4 can be reprogramed to have 9 levels instead of 5?

I don't know, but I'd be very surprised if it can. Never heard of anyone doing that.

I'm actually looking for the first level to be at a lower percentage, like a 10 or 15%, vs 20%, just want a little less pedal asst.
