Mabye the controller can't take down 48v ??
some one help me please, where is the problem ? And Can i repair the controller to accept 48v-41v ?

We need more details, which kit/eBike, controller, and display? Could be that you can adjust the Low Voltage Cutout.

Thank you thomas for your time,

Courant Nominal : 20A
Courant MAX : 40A+1A
Speed Set : 1-4.2V

- Controller : KT48ZWSRCLT-NSK14XL
(63v-48v Minimal 41v)

I beleive Thomas is right. The issue is very likely the controller low voltage cut off (LVC), and it's adjustable in the controller parameters that are set using the display. Check out how your C-12 parameter is currently set.

Are you familiar with setting the controller parameters, like wheel size and max speed for instance, using the 3 button switch and the display?

If not, time to get out the owners manual. If you don't have a manual, do a google search on "LCD3 owners manual" and look for downloadable .pdf files. If you are familiar with setting the parametes, see C 12 in the advanced parameter settings.

Hi, This is my display contor,
And this is book user manual for my display KT-LCD5,

But i can't find C12 in my display

Not familiar with the LCD5, but on my display (LCD3) (I think set up is the same on all of them) you would push in on the top and bottom arrows in the first 15 seconds after turning it on, then go through the parameters you show, but instead of exiting afterwards, you would hit the up and down arrows again to get to the advanced parameters starting with P and then C. It IS confusing at first.

My bet is your manual covers just the basics. If this is the case, back to doing the google search to get a .pdf manual that includes the advanced parameters.

This is PDF for my display module, But can't find C-12,
maybe in page 18 in this pdf, but i can't enable P,
help please Thomas And Ahicks,

And thanks for your time friends

Hi friend Now im in P And C, i need just to now what to write in P and C, and im so sorry if i Bothered you, im beagning in english for this it's difficult for me to understand a few words english. Sorry brothers thank you.

Try C 12 = 0

See how that works

And at 48v your battery is ready to charge. You don't want to run it down too far as it's not good for the battery.

It would be interesting to know where it is set now. If it''s grossly incorrect, that might tell us if we are on the right path from a troubleshooting perspective.

I say that because your problem could be something else entirely. Checking this setting is coming from the "check the easy stuff first" method of troubleshooting.
