Hi all, I seem to have a problem with my ebike, when I twist the throttle I can hear power going to the back wheel, but the wheel will only turn as and when it feels like it. Does anyone have any idea what to do please. Kind regards from England.

Check your electrical connections to see if something has come loose. Depending on the bike some connections might just be simple plugs and sockets without some sort of locking mechanism.

Thank you,MechaNut, I took out the controller, and checked connection, can't seem to see anything, also the assist seems to work and when too, got me baffled,

Check the connection between the throttle assembly and the controller. If it is a thumb tab style make sure that the tab isn't rubbing against something because it is too close to something else. That will generally cause an error to appear on your display however.

Worst case you might have a faulty throttle assembly or a problem with the controller. If that is the case I'd say take it back to the shop you bought it from for service, and if it was an internet direct brand contact their support desk for assistance.
