Hi Everyone!
Novice here. I have a 36V ebike (DIY build that I purchased used from a local shop). My issue is that once I exceed what I assume to be the limit on the limiter (even going downhill with zero throttle), it cuts off power permanently and the only way to fix it is to manually turn the battery off and on with the key, which requires me to basically stop and get off the bike. Is there any way to fix this? Not looking to remove the limiter, just would like to be able to retain power once speed falls below the limit again after a hill. Is this how the controller is supposed to work or is there likely a problem somewhere? Not sure if relevant but battery is SLA 3x12V 12aH (recently replaced - this power issue was present prior to this, since I purchased the bike).
Thanks!
