Power Level Stuck on Vado 2.0

My Vado 2.0 (2018) turns on just fine, but will not let me lower the power from the auto 2 it starts at. I can't lower to 1 or 0. I can raise to 3, but then cannot lower it back to 2 without turning battery off and then on again. This happened before, and then eventually just started working. Anyone else have this issue, or recommended fix?

I had that problem on my VADO 1.0. I took it back to the dealer I purchased it from and they had to replace the buttons as well as the console.(under warranty, parts only, but they did not charge me labor)

Thanks. We're out of town for the summer, but will take it back to our dealer when we return. Unfortunately, I'm guessing that its no longer under warranty. We purchased in May 2018.

My warranty is for 2 years, you may be out of warranty, but I think this is a know issue, maybe they will fix? I had the older display console, they had to replace with the newer display to fix the button issue.
