I went with the Chowder, Turkey and Pumpkin Tart. Everything was fabulous. Our caterer is 849 in Palm Springs and they are tremendous! We at least have turkey sandwiches for tomorrow!

I envy you the turkey sandwichs. Wife's Persian chicken dish was excellent, but NO LEFTOVERS! Madness, I say.

Yep, lots of my friends are supplanting the gobbler with rib eye, steak and pot roast... poor moo-moos.

Had to have some turkey. Went to the market and bought a split breast. In the oven now, seasoned with fresh parsley sage, and a few drops of liquid smoke. Have homemade cranberry orange relish from a neighbor, bought deli potato salad instead of made from scratch w/leftover potatoes, etc. Not the same but BTN ... better than nothing.
