Hello im Cheryl and im new to the group.I have a BES SUPER ELECTRIC BIKE FLOW well it comes on but won't go.can anyone tell me whats wrong with It.I miss riding it.thank you
 
How long ago did you purchase? What does BES support say?

they claim 24/7 support but I could only find an email address
 
Jeebus what an awful site. Dealer locator Google maps doesn’t work.
 
You have to give us something more to go on if you want help. Based on what we have so far, your bike could have been backed over by a dump truck, in which case you probably just need a new bike.

Okay, took a peek at it online. Did you order it through walmart? Does it have a display
that show charge remaining? If it´s not a loose connection (check 1st were the battery plugs in.),
It´s probably a defective controller that ´just fell thru the cracks, one way to reduce inventory.
36v, 250w? Someone here could probably recommend a controller. I´'ve a spare, but it´s meant
for a 48v 1000w & might defeat the purpose. There might be a member nearby could help if we
knew yur approx. vicinity......not to pry.😌
 
Well all started when someone put holes in my tires.so I bought new tubes and fixs the tires.but I didn't know how to out it back together and didnt have the money to put it the shop.so I finally found some one to put it back together and it rabbi stop at a friends to visit.plug the battery in to charge it.it fell over and hit the wall.tgen went to leave UT cones on but wont go.it goes on walk mode.and I know it needs a new display.cause the plastic that covers the buttons are mess up and it has a black line in it.im just really upset about it.i love that bike.its my second one my first one got stoled and yes I git it threw Walmart.

Oh my god hope you can read this.had a bad day and in tired.I just want my bike to run again its the only way I have to get around.its been a good bike..until some one mess with my tires.

Well the display needs to be working properly as its necessary hardware and not just for information.
Sounds like you really need someone with some technical skill to take a look at it. It's not very complicated but you do need some electrical skill and troubleshooting abilities.
 
Yeah, since you know it needs a new display, that would be the place to start. Get that replaced and all your problems may be over

The display still works.I got another question for you guys.ok it goes in walk mode..whats the differents between riding it.then walk mode....throttle?

The difference between riding and walk mode can easily be a damaged display.
Since it is very easy to change and has issues that may only seem to be cosmetic... I would start there.
