Please Help Me Solve This Mystery

Hi, I bought this used E-bike for very cheap. It has no battery and it has a rather unique 3 port bottom outlet. On the handlebar is a Shimano SB-4530 4 speed instrument. On the handlebar connector it says Wildreness trail bikes. The on/off switch has Asian writing. All of the identification has been scratched off except on the engine it says 5(A or 4)T-000046. At the base of the bike are the numbers 03313. I'm trying to figure out what kind of bike this is and whether I can make it workable or I should just try to sell some of the parts like the rear hub. Thank you.

That looks like the drive Evelo used to use. Might give you an idea where to look for help. Different battery type though.
