Phase Wires Sparking

With my ebike wired up, I give it some throttle and sometimes the phase wires are sparking inside the junction box. Does anyone know why and how to fix it?

Sounds like a crappy connection to me? Sloppy crimp that missed a few strands of wire?

You'd better do SOMETHING about it though!

If it's in a junction box, it sounds like a relatively simple fix....
