I assume you are talking about an aftermarket controller and not one from Pedego.

It is unlikely you will find a new controller that is plug & play. Considerable DIY skills will be necessary.

A controller swap can be done but you will most likely have to cut & solder wires since the connectors won't match. You also need to make sure the new controller is compatible with other bike parts like the motor, display, brake lever disconnect, PAS and or torque sensors, etc.

Welcome to the forum and good luck with your project!

Thank you for your reply, Lot of research. It sounds like a lot of research, I didn't know what I was getting into(. With the e trike). I got it for $1000. The torque. Set up on it. I didn't understand it much until after I bought it, I'm seeing a lot of these being sold. With low miles. I'm thinking it's the torque. Set up, It's a nice bike(. Trike)Pedego, Should offer. A controller, option. That doesn't include torque. I know they have to do safety. in making a trike, I noticed the rules are with, pedego. Contact(, they're stores). Course they went through all the expensive having them built I guess, The stores, It's hard to say if they're open to constructive criticism or not. I contacted them once, about their seat. Finding out that it's the least expensive seat. They didn't like hearing that
