Anyone own an #AMA005757 foldable bike. I am trying to figure out how to turn off pedal assist. Any ibnfo would be appreciated..

I don't believe that version of Ancheer has an option to turn off the PAS other than to power the bike completely off.

If I recall, that bike has a PAS Hall sensor magnet wheel on the bottom bracket shaft with a pick up. This is a mechanical answer not a soft one. Just use your thumb to push the pickup away from the magnets. Or unplug the pickup.
To disable the throttle drill a hole through it and putting in a set screw.
