Pedal assist level one has maxium speed?

I am really enjoying the Radrover. I emailed Radpower due to the fact that it seemed Pedal Assist level 1 was only working intermittently. They said it cuts out at 6mph. Mine in fact does cut out at that speed (actually around 5.7). The other levels have no cut off. It's too bad, since sometimes 1 is needed at a higher speed, and 2 is too much power. Has anyone figured a work around?

Hmm, you must have a newer version of the bike than me. I was one of the original indiegogo funders - mine doesn't seem to have a speed limiter, but it limits watts to 200.
