I have it in Izip E3 Brio that got the front wheel ran over and now the bike will not work at all. The display seems to be working and shows error codes when I unplug any of the lines. The only thing I haven’t figured out how to check is the pedal assist module and I don’t know if it’s a torque assist or the magnet kind. The sensor is mounted on a sprocket guard about two or 3 inches up from the sprocket on the back of the chain guard. There are a series of metal ridges that pass between four sensors.
Can anybody tell me what type of pedal assist that is and where I can order parts. Thanks

According to Court's review of the bike, it has a "Torque-Activated Performance Rear Hub Brushless DC Motor ", and later on in the Drive Mode specs it states "Advanced Pedal Assist (Measures Rear Wheel Speed, Pedal Cadence and Pedal Torque)". Without knowing the bike, but from your description, I would believe that the series of metal ridges which pass between the 4 sensors are for cadence. During his review Court mentions that cadence and torque are sensed "at the bottom bracket."

Seems like your Brio is a current model and you should be able to get parts (and maybe advice) from the manufacturer.
