Has anyone taken the gamble/risk of ordering a bike direct from a seller from Alibaba? If so, how did it go?

My experience ordering a number of Hoverboard scooters from an Alibaba supplier went reasonably well with the supplier responding reasonably quickly to issues we had with one that arrived damaged. Be sure to choose a supplier that has a high ranking with a lot of recorded sales. Also, be sure to email/contact them through the Alibaba system to see how quickly you get a response before buying.
On another smaller purchase, a couple of lithium chargers I ordered that were supposed to be UL rated, they weren't although the specs and images on the site indicated they were. I should've done a screen shot at the time of the order but did not. When I filed a complaint, the supplier changed out the image and specs before responding and denied my claim. Didn't bother to do any more since it was only $40.
